St. Patrick's Day Personal Biscuit Pizza

We love creating fun pizzas...especially for St. Patrick's Day!  We have made a lot & this year we came up with these fun St. Patrick's Day Personal Pizzas using Pillsbury biscuits.  These are so much fun for the kids to decorate themselves & gets them to eat some veggies they normally wouldn't want to eat.

St. Patrick's Day Biscuit Pizza

Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
Pizza Sauce
Shredded or Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
1 Bag of Small Sweet Bell Peppers
Black Olives (we like Lindsay)

Start out by heating the oven to 350. You can either roll out the biscuit dough or stretch them using your fingers. Spread pizza sauce on top. They sprinkle on the cheese. Then decorate using the veggies.

This is our pizzas that we shared on Instagram before we baked them...

Leprechaun Pizza...

We sliced black olives for the hat & eyes. Cut out a clover from a green bell pepper & orange bell pepper slices for the beard & hair...

Shamrock Pizza...

We cut out a clover from a green bell pepper using a cookie cutter...SO easy!

Pot of Gold Pizza...

We used a large black olive for the pot. We used slices of the different colored bell peppers for the rainbow & chopped up yellow bell pepper for the gold. We also cut out a cloud from a cheese slice for the cloud...

My boys loved these & it's a great way to get the kids to help make dinner!

Here are some of our other fun St. Patrick's Day pizza ideas that we have created in the past...
