We were asked to be a part of a Easter Extravaganza that Haniela put together. We are so honored to be included with such talented bloggers. There are so many fun and creative Easter ideas in the group and we are so excited to be a part of it! We decided to make Cho"Bunny" Greek Yogurt Pops. We love Chobani yogurt and this is a fun way to get the kids to eat a healthier treat!
We are also offering a Chobani Giveaway to one of our lucky readers!!!
Cho"Bunny" Greek Yogurt Pops
Vanilla Chobani Yogurt
Strawberry Chobani Yogurt
Chocolate Chips
Pink Jelly Beans
Mini Marshmallows
Pink Edible Grass
Popsicle Sticks
Start out by laying out what you need on a work surface. We cut out a bunny head shape using card stock paper. However, you could also use a larger bunny cookie cutter for this....
Line your pans with wax paper. Draw around the bunny cut out or cookie cutter using edible marker. Flip the paper over. Put the yogurt in a baggie and snip off the edge. Pipe the vanilla yogurt inside the bunny shapes. We also piped strawberry yogurt inside the ears. We cut off pieces of edible pink grass for the whiskers. We used jelly beans for the nose and chocolate chips for the eyes. We cut a mini marshmallow in half for the teeth. We placed yellow popsicle sticks in the bottom and smoothed the yogurt on top using a knife. Place them in the freezer....
These will take about 20 minutes to freeze up and then you can serve them. My boys and their friends loved them!!
Here are my 2 older boys with their pops and my 2 year old is holding his imaginary Cho"Bunny" Greek Yogurt Pop!:)

ReplyDeleteVery cute and a nice alternative to chocolate (although WHO doesn't love chocolate?) :)
ReplyDeleteCouple questions: Did you build up the area by his nose as it looks a little higher than the rest of the face? If so - did you add more yogurt after it was frozen?
2nd question: Where do you find pink edible grass?
Thanks.
Tavette
Thanks! There is no build up around the nose. Just smoothed out evenly. We got our pink edible grass at our local Kroger grocery store here in Atlanta.
ReplyDeleteThese are so adorable! :)
