Valentine Cupid Pancake Breakfast

I made this Valentine Cupid Breakfast for my 2 year old the other morning and I have never seen him laugh so hard and get so excited with all of the fun food we make!  He just loves babies! He could sit there for hours popping in and out pacifiers!  Anyways, this was a big hit with him and it's pretty easy to make!

Valentine Cupid Breakfast

Pancake Mix
2 or 3 Strawberries
Turkey Bacon
1 Egg
1 Mini Marshmallow
2 Mini Chocolate Chips (or a raisin)
Whipped Cream Spray

Make 2 large pancakes with your pancake mix on low heat.  Make another smaller pancake to cut out the arms, legs, & nose.  Trim off the edges using kitchen scissors.  Place the pancakes on a plate. We scrambled up 1 egg for the hair.  We cut a mini marshmallow in half for the eyes.  We used 2 mini chocolate chips for pupils.  We cut a piece of turkey bacon for the arrow.  We cut a few strawberries into heart shapes.  We sprayed on whipped cream for the diaper.  You could also add some wings! Our little cupid reminded me of my oldest 9 year old with the curly hair!:)

Here is my happy 2 year old with his Valentine Cupid Breakfast!

XOXO
