We came up with these Candy Cane Pancakes the other morning and they are SO easy to make! My boys loved them!
Candy Cane Pancakes
Pancake Mix (we like Bisquick)
Strawberries
Whipped Cream Spray
Pre-heat your pan on low heat. Mix up your pancake mix according to the directions on the box. Make a candy cane shape with your mix in the pan. You can also make this in two sections if you don't want to bother trying to flip a big pancake. The top will be covered up so you won't be able to see the split. Place the pancake on a plate. Slice strawberries and add them in rows spaced apart. Fill in the spaces with whipped cream spray. That's it...so easy!
We also came up with this Fruit Candy Cane last year that we recently featured in Parenting magazine!

My exchange student would love those pancakes. She is a huge strawberry and whipped cream fan and likes pancakes too. I, of course, would love them too. What a cute idea for Christmas.
