We came up with this fun Jackadilla the other night and this is a fun dinner to make for or with older kids around Christmas time.
Santa Claus Jack Skelleton
2 Tortillas
Brown Rice
Shredded Cheese
Black Beans
Salsa
Sour Cream
Sprinkle cheese & brown rice (cooked) in between the 2 tortillas. Melt in the microwave for 1 and a half minutes. Decorate the face with cooked black beans. We used salsa to make the hat and sour cream. Super easy and my boys loved this!
