We made this Olympic Torch Breakfast the other morning and it's so easy to make! We are excited about the London Olympics coming up and this is a fun and quick breakfast to make for kids excited about watching the Olympics as well!
Olympic Breakfast
Pancake Mix
2 Eggs
Fruity Cheerios or Fruit Loops
Pour your pancake mix in a pan on low heat in the shape of a torch. Place on a plate. Scramble up 2 eggs and place them on the top to look like flames. Place the fruity cereal on the torch to look like the Olympic rings. We used Fruity Cheerios and colored one of the rings blue with edible marker. That's all you do...so easy!
