A Toad-ally Fun Frog Fiesta!

Celebrate this Leap Year Day by making the kids a Frog Quesadilla for lunch or dinner! It's very easy to make!

We melted some cheese and black beans in between 2 spinach tortillas. You can do this in a heated pan or microwave. Make the eyes with sour cream. We used black beans to make the pupils and nose. We cut a tomato for the mouth and tongue. We used a black bean with sour cream wings to make the fly.

This is a fun way to get the kids to eat a spinach tortilla! Happy Leap Year Day!!
