Cut Out Clover Cupcakes
We made these fun St. Patrick's Cupcakes last week and they are SO easy to make! Martha Stewart made these Valentine Cupcakes....
I was seeing these everywhere around Valentine's Day so we just recreated that idea using a shamrock cut out instead of a heart.
Just make your favorite chocolate cupcake recipe. Put a few drops of green food coloring into white frosting. We used a cream cheese frosting. When the cupcakes are cooled...cut the tops off with a knife and dust with powder sugar (if you would like)...
Spread on the frosting. Cut out a clover/shamrock with a cookie cutter in the middle and place on top of the frosting. How easy is that!
Linking up to these awesome link parties...please check them out!

Hi Jill,
ReplyDeleteI made your very cute cupcakes and they turned out great. Not quite as cute as yours... my shamrock cutter was a bit large for the cupcake top. I was able to place them back on and it looks good! Thank you for sharing your creative ideas so people like me (not so crafty)can be inspired! I blogged about it today and linked it back to you. Happy Feast of St. Patrick's Day!
