We came up with this bunny dinner and if you have a hard time getting your kids to eat green beans...this will do the trick! We used mashed potatoes, string green beans, rotisserie chicken, 3 small carrots, and a small biscuit.
We started out shaping the bunny with our mashed potatoes. We then added our cooked sting beans for the grass. We cut the rotisserie chicken and left the skin on for the tree and branches. We then added the rest of the string beans for the tree leaves. We put 2 carrots by the bunny. Cut the other carrot for the bunny face and cut up carrot sticks for the sun. We used a tiny biscuit for the sun, but you could use sliced carrots for that. The boys loved it and we hope that you love it too!
