My boys just loved these cute little monkeys with his banana. We used a half of a bagel for the head and cut the top part off half of a english muffin. I used those scraps for the ears. Covered the head in peanut butter. The nose and ears are topped with apple butter. Used raisins for the eyes and nostrils. We used a strawberry slice for the mouth.
